Written Health Guarantee
The Rosebull Guarantee
Every Rosebull puppy ships with a written health guarantee. This page is a plain-English summary; the contract you sign at pickup is the binding document.
What is covered
- Hereditary conditions disabling the puppy in the first two years
- Confirmed by an independent licensed veterinarian via written diagnosis
- Replacement puppy of equivalent quality from a future Rosebull litter, OR partial refund — buyer's choice
- Travel costs back to Rosebull are buyer's responsibility unless we agree otherwise
What is NOT covered
- Conditions resulting from injury, neglect, poor nutrition, or environment
- Common minor issues that do not impair quality of life (mild allergies, demodex, etc.)
- Unaltered breeding decisions made by the buyer that contributed to a condition
- Failure to maintain veterinary care including vaccines and routine wellness
Buyer responsibilities
- Vet check within 7 days of pickup (free first vet visit at most clinics)
- Notify Rosebull immediately of any concerning symptoms
- Provide breed-appropriate food, exercise, and veterinary care for the dog's lifetime
- Contact Rosebull first if you can no longer keep the dog — we take dogs back, no questions asked, for the dog's lifetime
The take-back clause
If anything in life changes and you cannot keep your Rosebull dog — illness, divorce, financial hardship, anything — we take the dog back. No drama, no judgment, no questions. Better with us than rehomed to a stranger or a shelter. This applies for the lifetime of the dog.
Full contract text is provided before deposit and signed at pickup. If a clause is unclear, ask before paying.
