Where these come from

Every review on this page is pulled live from our Google Business Profile. We do not write them, we cannot edit them, and we do not pay for them. If you want to read them at source rather than take our word for it, they are on our Google listing.

The star rating above counts every review Google holds for us. The ones printed below are the four and five star reviews with written text, because a bare star with no words tells you nothing useful. That means the page shows fewer reviews than the rating counts, and we would rather explain that than quietly present a filtered set as the whole picture.

What a review can and cannot tell you

Reviews tell you what buying from us was like. They cannot tell you what a dog’s hips will score in three years. For that, read what we test and what we do not, check each parent’s published results on their own page, and read the guarantee including the parts it excludes.
